BB17 – How to Subscribe to the 24/7 Live Feeds from Canada – #BB17

The networks have legal restrictions in regards to broadcasting their content, which can make it difficult for international Big Brother fans to watch the CBS BB17 24/7 live feeds. There is a simple solution to this, and below is a tutorial how to order CBS All Access

from Canada and watch Big Brother seamlessly and safely with a protected VPN. What is a VPN? A VPN is a “Virtual Private Network,” and masks where you are browsing from. To watch the live feeds, you will set your VPN to browse from the United States as CBS has geocached the All-Access feature, limiting to US viewers only.

NOTE: hola and other free VPN services do NOT work.

Buy an American Express Gift Card (Canadian) – These can be purchased at Shoppers Drug Mart, Circle K, 7-11, and most other major gas stations. NOTE: The circled 4 digits is your security number (CVV.) ***IT MUST BE AN AMEX GIFT CARD*** It might take a full hour for your gift card to be activated, this happened to myself.

AMEX Gift Card, BB17, Live Feeds, Canada

NOTE: You can use ANY Canadian credit card to purchase your VPN below, the AMEX gift card is for purchasing the CBS live feed subscription only.

Subscribe to a safe and secure VPN. I personally subscribe to HMA at the link below and have been a subscriber for over 4 years now. It is safe, it is secure, it is fast and it is relatively cheap. You can use it to watch your live feeds, international sports and other programming.

Sign up for CBS All Access 1-week FREE trial!

Set your VPN country to “USA” and use your AMEX gift card to purchase using ANY address within the United States. Literally ANY address works so go Google.

Voila! You should be able to sign in and see the feeds like the image on top of this post. For help, tweet me at @BBArchive or @Catvanzyl

The American Express cards say in fine print they cannot be used for recurring bill payments or monthly subscriptions. Can someone confirm this method will work with “all access pass”? Previous years feeds were available with a one time payment.

    • 06/24/2015 at 8:53 PM

I have used this method myself, subscribed successfully and can currently access the big brother content.

Hi, did u put the amax card number in for a one time fee of 5.99 or will u charge the charge again every month?

could you help? bought the american express and did everything right but says error at the end? i think its because my american express gift card says no monthly subscriptions as well?

I used the $25 AMEX gift card and it’s working fine for me. :/ Sign in and out and make sure you are browsing from the US.

Thanks for the tips!! Has anyone ever used Unblock-Us?

I have followed these steps but wants me to now get the cbs app to watch video, will I have to change my Apple ID and how I’ll that affect my other devices . Please help.

    • 06/24/2015 at 8:55 PM

You do not need the cbs app. Instead use the browser on your phone ie: Safari for iPhone and copy/paste the cbs big brother live feeds all access link as the URL. I hope that helps.

Happened to me too. Google how
To open a US iTunes account from Canada, tip: it will need to be done on your PC unless you have an American CC, my amex gift card didn’t work for that.
Then just log out of Canadian account on your iPad and log back in with your us account. Download app. You won’t lose any of your Canadian apps. But to use the CBS one you’ll have to be behind VPN. Turn off VPN when you want to use Canadian content apps.

    does this actually work?

      • 06/26/2015 at 2:50 PM

Do you have to sign up for the American Express Card? Or just punch in the numbers that are on the card?

  • 06/25/2015 at 3:05 AM

so excting I’m getting mine tomorrow from shoppers i thought there were no options. i have hola.

    • 06/25/2015 at 12:24 PM

Hola is good but glitchy so you might need to try the HMA VPN if you find the feeds lag too much.

  • 06/25/2015 at 1:53 PM

Thanks for the tips 🙂 much appreciated!
So the $25 American Express Gift card covers it. Or should I get the $50?
    TIA 🙂

I’m in Halifax as well but when I run HMA… the feeds page still tells me that they’re “Not available in my region”? I can however, watch US-Only tv episodes on their site lol what?!

    • 06/27/2015 at 3:29 PM

That’s strange. I would clear your cookies/sign in and out again. I’ve luckily not had that issue.

  • 06/25/2015 at 9:15 PM

Doesn’t work. Even with Hola turned on, it keeps saying that the feeds are not available in my region.

  • 06/25/2015 at 11:09 PM

Anyone in Canada actually use this??? And if I sign up with Vpn do I have to pass the live feed 5.99 on top of Vpn subscription??? Please help!

    • 06/27/2015 at 3:10 PM

I am in Canada and using this. Yes, you do have to pay the live feed subscription but in total its the same as what the feeds would have cost previous years.

  • 06/26/2015 at 11:10 PM

It says $9.99 will be charged automatically every month for HMA, if i pick the 1 month plan. How do i stop the payments after a month?

    • 06/27/2015 at 3:16 PM

I keep my HMA VPN to watch international sports, but I’ve been told you can cancel online through your account portal.

  • 06/27/2015 at 12:02 AM

For, i picked the 1 month payment but it says it will automatically keep paying after a month. How do i cancel it after a month?

    • 06/27/2015 at 3:17 PM

I keep my HMA VPN to watch international sports, but I’ve been told you can cancel online through your account portal.

  • 06/27/2015 at 3:41 PM

How much is this whole process going to cost me?

    • 06/27/2015 at 5:38 PM

$15.98/month Canadian. The feeds last year cost $14.99/month USD, so to me as a fan of big brother it’s pretty much the same as it always has been.
